A Service Plan leaves the important task of maintenance and system training up to the professionals, giving you peace of mind.

Product Service Plan
Preventative maintenance, as well as regular system checks, are very important. A custom service plan allows you to pick and choose the service you need to keep your Smart System up and running.
- Floor sleeve cleaning & replacement (if necessary)
- Boot fit test, strap fit test, Boot Storage Box fit test
- SmartBoot fit test, strap fit test, SmartBoot function test
- Check interior mount fasteners; tighten/adjust/replace as necessary
- Clean shields; tighten/adjust/replace fasteners as necessary
- Comprehensive Tablet function test
- Smart Light test (Secure Mode, Lockdown, All Clear)
Training Service Plan
A critical part of the Smart System is the people who are using it. Ensure that your staff are trained and prepared with a custom Training Service Plan.
- Evaluate current room mapping; provide notes to office, new map generated and mailed as needed.
- Evaluate current facility color coding and mapping; provide notes to office; new maps generated and mailed as needed
- Review of EOP; lockdown portion only; language and otherwise notes/assistance provided
- Full staff review training on system; same as previous training
- Member of LockOut Co. training staff will come at your convenience and facilitate/run lockdown drills with students and staff
